  I would say I am not the easiest person to work with when it comes to big decisions like purchasing a home. I am indecisive, impatient, and worst of all sometimes pessimistic. I originally was going to work with a bank on my loan but something just didn't seems right. I felt like the service was lacking and I had this gut feeling they were charging me too much. I ended up calling Vanessa on a referral and I am so glad I did. It was a great experience working with Vanessa and her team right from the start. She explained everything at a very detailed level and always took the extra time to answer all my questions. She was responsive, always returning a phone call as well as keeping me up to date on progress to closing without asking. I was in a bit of a unique situation with a very flexible and fast closing date but she was able to pull everything together very quickly. She got us a great rate and all numbers matched at closing from what she presented on the first day. We now have our dream home where our little boy will grow up. Thank you so much.
