  Peter and his team were excellent to work with throughout the entire home loan process. From selecting the right type of loan to explaining different down-payment assistance options, Peter does not take any shortcuts and explains thing at a level easy for someone not familiar with home loans to understand. From there, he has an easy going and friendly team that checked in with us, answered all our questions with zero judgment and was easily available via email/text. Everything is done online with simple task lists all in one spot which is a huge plus for our busy lives. As things wrapped up, he made sure we understood everything prior to signing and even checked in before our first mortgage payment. I cannot be thankful enough that during these crazy housing market time, we found Peter and his team to help make being homeowners a reality for our family.

  Peter and his entire team at Guaranteed Rate were nothing short of exceptional. Peter has been our go to on multiple home purchases in the past and recently as he (and his team) have shown that with their knowledge and professionalism to be trusted and true. I knew nothing when it came to the home buying process so much so that I still don't know much, however, Peter has never missed a step in being there to explain as much as needed and then some to make me feel confident in the whole process.   Highly recommend Peter and his team if you are buying or refinancing a home. We've done both with and they make the whole process a breeze! With our refinance last year and out of caution for Covid, we were able to handle everything virtually and then they came out to our house for the final signatures. Now that's a team that takes care of their clients. We always refer them to our friends and family!

  I was referred to Peter through my wonderful real estate agent. As a first time home buyer, I really didn't know how the process worked and prior to connecting with my agent, I had spoken to a few other mortgage brokers and none of them even mentioned MFHA assistance until I spoke with Peter on the phone for the first time (something that helped me out tremendously that I would have missed out on had I gone through somebody else). He and his team were extremely helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Great communication, always returned calls and texts in a timely fashion despite being busy helping other customers. It was a pleasure working with Peter and I'm grateful for his expertise and fantastic customer service!

  Peter and his team were absolutely amazing. Purchasing a home is very stressful. He walked us through everything we needed to do. Six months before we were ready to buy he gave us key things that we could do to boost our credit. They were their nights and weekends to answer questions we had about our purchasing process. If we ever move we will definitely be using Peter again.

  We just closed a loan with Peter and Aubrey and team on a new purchase and can't say enough good things about them and how smooth the process was! They have such a patient and thorough way of explaining each step and ensured we were comfortable and knowledgeable with everything that was taking place.   I worked with Peter on my first home purchase. I spoke with multiple brokers and Peter’s vast mortgage experience really stood out above the others. Peter and his team always quickly answered all of my questions. And there were a lot. When I upgraded my house I only called Peter and he was as helpful the second time around. Highly recommended!
