  I want to post this endorsement of Tim Peterson at Guaranteed Rate given the high level of service he provided with the closing of our new home. I got Tim's name from a peer at work who said "this is the best person in Minneapolis to help secure financing". To say that this closure was difficult is an understatement. During the entire time, Tim was a true professional, problem solver and incredibly helpful to driving resolution with our challenges. If you are looking for a partner to assist with the purchase of your new home, you cannot find someone better than Tim.

  I've used Tim at Guaranteed Rate twice now - once for a new loan and once for a refinance. Tim and his team are extremely responsive and do a great job keeping you informed of the status of your loan. Additionally, Guaranteed Rate has a largely digital process which is extremely convenient and keeps things moving.

  Tim at guaranteed rate helped us refinance our home, & even went above & beyond to give us a few different scenarios. He helped us during the trying time of covid-19 & with everything changing so fast, especially in our situation, we gave this guy a run for his money, yet he still made the process very smooth & made everything work out perfectly, with a great sense of humor at that!
