  One of the best parts of the building process was working with Samantha Tiry. As out-of-state-buyers, we had plenty of questions and concerns from start to finish. Throughout the process, Samantha remained friendly, respectful, and prompt when communicating with us. She felt like a trusted friend, and we happily rate her performance as exemplary. We also worked with Alex Yount and Mallory Schilz, both top-notch in their respective roles with the company. We love our new, well-built Tim O’Brien home. Thank you!

  Our salesperson, Amy Roehl, was great to work with. She had a deep knowledge of Tim O'Brien Homes plans and procedures. One of the best things was that Amy stayed involved from the initial sale all the way through the closing. Whenever we had a question or concern, she was our first contact. When it seemed like we couldn't find a plan to fit, she went the extra mile and asked one of her friends to let us see her TOB home and that plan turned out to be perfect. We were continually impressed with Amy's depth of knowledge on the design and construction process. The other neat thing about TOB is that they really seem to function well as a team with everyone pulling in the same direction. Renee Bailey, another salesperson, filled in when Amy wasn't available and seemed to also be well versed in the TOB plans. Alex Yount, our construction supervisor, was responsive and never reluctant to consult with Amy and us when questions came up. We never had a problem getting information on costs of the options we were considering. We were also able to tweak their standard layout to address some of our specific wants. Highest recommendation for Tim O'Brien Homes and especially Amy.

  In 2019 I decided to purchase a lot in Red Hawk Valley to build my retirement dream home. In looking for quality builders in the Dane County Wisconsin area I came across Tim O'Brien Homes. Although they have lovely communities of homes, they were very open to building on our lot. We found a model that we loved from their extensive collection of home plans. From the very first email, Samantha and Kimberly were professional, courteous, patient and responsive. They kindly answered our questions and have helped with everything needed to get ready to start building. Samantha has been exceptional in keeping our budget in line. We look forward to working with the rest of the staff to make the final selections for the new house so that we can get started with the building process. I'll let you know how everything turns out!

  We chose to build with Tim O'Brien Homes due to their excellent customer service and quality construction. We worked with Renee Bailey through the whole process and she went above and beyond. She clearly explained all the options and had a thorough understanding of each floor plan and the options available to us. Renee made the whole process seem easy and non-stressful. She was never pushy in the sales process and only gave us recommendations based on her experience. Overall, Renee was extremely responsive, flexible and knowledgeable during the entire process. My husband and I are very happy that we chose to build with Tim O'Brien Homes, and can't wait to move in next Spring!

  I have been working with Tim Obrien homes as a trade partner for multiple years either through an employer or now as a business owner. They have always been organized and have the information needed to complete jobs in a timely fashion. They strive for quality and expect the same from anyone involved with the building process. It's a great fit with my values and expectations. I would definitely recommend them as a builder if you're considering a home in your future.

  The team at Tim O'Brien homes was fantastic to work with. Amy helped us decide on a plan and made the process very easy. Mallory helped us select the interior/exterior designs, Jason and his team did a great job with the construction and Eric has done a nice job of following up after the closing on the house. We are VERY pleased with the outcome and appreciate everything the TOB team did! Thank you

  It has been 2 years since we built our home with Tim O'Brien, and we are still in love with it. I feel we have a great quality house, and a beautiful neighborhood. Renee was amazing to work with every step of the way! She has really gone out of her way to make everyone in this neighborhood feel welcome and like we belong here. Renee will always be a special part of our family!

  We worked with Renee Bailey from Tim O’Brien Homes as we built our home. I remember my first phone call one evening with Renee-she was at a conference in Dallas and still made time to return my voicemail. We hit it off immediately and she never stopped being super responsive, professional, helpful, sincere and caring. I know our home building journey was better for having Renee in it.   We could not be happier with the process and assistance offered by Tim O'Brien homes. From the first day we walked into a model home, we were greeted with both a smile and incredible knowledge with Renee. She truly cared about explaining the process to first-time home builders, and put a lot of concerns at ease. From there, going through the selections process was a breeze with the staff they have - it was fun, at a time when things could get very stressful very quickly. That was the most important thing we remember. Their suggestions and opinions helps us build a home that we absolutely love. Finally - the construction process... We could not have been happier to have them meet their original deadline for completion. Every step of the way, Jason and his team were there for questions and updates, keeping us informed of both the good and the hang-ups they ran into during construction. The best part about the process was the communication, which kept us at ease the whole time! Thank you to the entire Tim O'Brien team - you became such a special part of us building a life together in our new home. We couldn't have asked for more!

  We just bought our first home from Tim O'Brien Homes and I cannot say enough great things about our experience. Amy Roehl made the whole process so easy and fun. We had always heard that buying a home is stressful, but with Amy and the TOH team that was absolutely not the case for us! Amy was extremely responsive (even responding to my texts and emails after normal business hours and on weekends). Tim O'Brien Homes goes above and beyond, and not a single detail is overlooked. They took care of everything, and we can't wait to recommend them to all our house hunting friends!
