  I always work with Brian in the service department. He does an amazing job and I always leave feeling that my car was in great hands and well taken care of. Being able to just come in for oil changes when it’s convenient and not have to make appointments is glorious!

  I purchased a brand new 2016 Jeep Patriot from another dealership. I've had issues with the vehicle staying aligned and most recently has had a shimmy in the back left tire. I took it into Russ Darrow and they put it up on the hoist, balanced the tires, and aired the tires up to 38 PSI (vehicle states 35 PSI) and said they couldn’t reproduce the problem. I asked the service man Brian if they checked the alignment. Right away he tried selling me an alignment saying it wasn’t covered under warranty. I asked him if they had checked the alignment again and he said no but I could purchase an alignment. I understand the alignment is not covered under warranty but how can you try and sell me an alignment if you haven’t checked the issue? I took it to a tire plus and they checked the alignment for free and it was off. They aligned it but the shimmy is still there. I called back to have it checked with service and Brian the service man I worked with over at Russ Darrow said he remembered me and stated that he didn’t believe it to be a warranty issue. He then stated he was going to refuse service of this vehicle and that I should take it to another dealership. I didn’t know a dealership could refuse service for a problem with a brand new vehicle.

  Very professional service, we had to have our vehicle towed in and it was fixed in a timely matter so we could go on our next camping trip.

  Good variety, fair pricing and friendly service! My only complaint was how long it took to get it all wrapped up and that our salesperson kept taking other customers while he was working with us--maybe he was the only used car salesman. I just felt like that slowed down the process.

  Chris was very helpful. My jeep needed a lot of love after my off roading adventures. He explained it all, told what had to be done versus what was optional. He stayed in communication with me throughout the process and made it all pretty simple. Have been using them for 10 years and will continue to keep coming back.
