  Bought a used car here. The experience was pleasant for a car dealership. No pressure from Tom (Our Sales person). My only complaint was that they were a little short staffed, and it took a little over an hour after we agree'd to buy to get a free finance manager.

  Yesterday I drove my new RAV4 home from East Madison Toyota. I had previously purchased a Prius from the same dealer and they did not disappoint. From the first time I entered the show room to the time I left in the new vehicle I felt as though I was treated like a valued friend. Matt I. was the great sales rep who took care of me. He clearly was well versed in the details of the RAV4. At no time did I feel pressure to buy. The allowance for my trade in was generous and the dealer/company discounts were a pleasant surprise. Finally, I should mention that my experience with service both at the drop-in service center (where you can now schedule an appointment) and at their main service garage has been impeccable. Attention to detail is part of the culture at East Madison Toyota. I look forward to our continuing business relationship, because I know that I will continue to enjoy consistently good service.

  My fiance bought a car from here and it had close to a 1,000 repair a few months later. Really! It would have been nice to know if there was anything wrong with the car. When we bought it we were told the condition of the vehicle was in great condition and well maintained. We took the car back to toyota to get it repaired and had a warranty but were told that the warranty wouldn't cover it so we had to pay out of pocket. Never buying a vehicle from here again.

  Had a very good experience. David Virgell was our salesman. We knew the used car we wanted and researched it, so the East Madison Toyota price looked excellent. We test drove it one day and had our mechanic look at it the next. He told us of a few small thing we should take care of. After a little negotiating with David, the car was ours. Since we weren’t looking at multiple cars, I’m not sure how our salesman would have tried to pitch them, but I can tell you that David was very easy to work with. Everyone was friendly, and even the financing process was relatively painless.

  I just bought the car of my dreams and it wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for my sales person Kristy Mueller!!! She was AWESOME! I BOUGHT A 2019 rav4 XLE Premium and I absolutely LOVE IT! Kristy went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible and she did get me the best deal. She is professional and sweet and funny, you are very lucky to have people like that working there for you. It was a pleasure working with her and Alex Thom when I picked up my car. He was AWESOME as well!!! We all had some laughs and it was fun to buy a car there, They are good people! Thanks again , Doreen Stearns

  We were surprisingly pleased with the friendly service, speed of service and our overall experience. We live out of town so did a bulk of our research online with area dealers and narrowed our search down to East Madison Toyota and a Rav4 that we were looking for. We were contacted shortly after filling out the online application and the process took off from there. We were greeted outside by a manager who guided us indoors and to the salesperson who we had an appointment with. We are happy with our selection and experience and recommend this dealer to anyone leaning towards a Toyota

  I've been to this dealership about 6 times. Hasn't been fair to consumer. They also wrote up my service contract improperly. Still haven't fixed it and mail me a new one. It's been a year. The salesperson was awesome to speak with.

  Spectacular experience from start to finish. Lynn, our salesperson was top-notch, as was financial guru Cory. At no point in the process did we feel pressured or like we were being taken. Everyone at East Madison Toyota was friendly, kind and most of all, honest. Oddly, we felt like we were meeting up with old friends, not buying a car. Pretty much a perfect experience.

  My Toyota had just turned 11 years old, and I was starting to think it was time for something new. I had been browsing online for a couple of months and decided on which cars I wanted to try out. So I started a text conversation with someone and set up an appointment with East Madison Toyota on Friday and to meet with someone on Saturday morning to see what was available and am so glad I did! I had the pleasure of working with JJ Flannery on finding the perfect car for me. He was so knowledgeable and patient with me. I test drove three cars and he helped me finding the pros and cons of each one and how each one would work best with me. He even let me drive the cars more than once if needed. After multiple test drives and all of my questions were answered, I walked away with the perfect car for me. Nate (the sales manager), Jimmy (the finance specialist), and JJ (my salesman) made me feel special. And I walked out feeling like I received fair and first class service. Everyone should have such a smooth and painless car-buying experience! Top notch customer service. And, I cannot forget to mention they helped me select an absolutely amazing car!   Scheduled to see truck yesterday afternoon. Came in the next day at 10am and the truck was sold. Lot of questions about what my credit score was when I got there then after 15minutes of waiting told it was sold. My cosigner was good enough to get whatever I wanted & I was pre approved for my loan. Pretty shady if you ask me.
