  Tim and his team were awesome! Refinancing our mortgage using Tim was by far the easiest business transaction we've ever had! We completed the online application and uploaded our docs to the portal. Tim's team took it from there and all we had to do was wait for our scheduled closing date. The only time we had to go anywhere was for the closing. Closing with Joel at Advance Title was a breeze too!
