  Our family has been dealing with this branch of Bank of America for decades now. Providing 4 generations of car, school, and home loans. The service we receive from Pam Evans is stellar. She works tirelessly to provide all of her customers with guidance and good financial advice.

  We went into the bank to finalize some very important documents that were also very time sensitive. We were told through one of the employees per manger josea that we would have to wait at least 4 hours. At the same time another couple came in and they were advised on the same wait time. After loudly displaying their dissatisfaction josea told them directly he would be with them in 5 minutes. To add insult to injury a couple came in behind them and he personally stopped asked them what they needed and had a conversation with them. I would not deposit one red cent into Bank of America, however my wife has been with them for over 30 years. She will be closing all accounts by next month

  Went to deposit 300 CASH in the drive up atm machine it took the money & didn’t deposit my cash into my account so I walk Inside to speak with someone & was told rudely there was nothing they could do there system crashed AGAIN that I needed to call the number on my receipt an file a claim !!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Did that an was told it could take up to TEN DAYS to CREDIT my account! BS ! If ur system crashed the day before like I was told maybe u guys should have had the problem COMPLETELY fixed before opening back up !!!!! Once this clears I’ll be pulling my money out an closing my account out !!

  This is probably the "best" of the worst for Bank of Americas in the whole area. Almost every other southside location has a low 2 rating. Probably because this is one of, if not the only location left that has a drive thru open and they are efficient and pleasant. Why are all of the other locations so bad including the Greenbrier pkwy branch?

  4:00 closed. Beware if you have a job. Inside is not available to the working person. I wish I worked 9-4.

  Bankers are sweet as can be. But its outrageous how long you have to wait on a daily basis. Line out the door half the time.
