  Tim and his team (especially Michele) were responsive, thorough and efficient. We ran into a couple of snags with the title company during the end process but Tim's team came through with swift resolutions that were driven by a focus on providing stellar customer service. Our funding (even with the snags) was amazing. From start to finish our refinance took less than 3 weeks to fund! Tim and his team remained in constant contact via phone and email. They went above and beyond and I would recommend this Movement Mortgage team to all of my family, friends and anyone out there looking for exceptional service. We will definitely be coming back when we are in need of refinance or home purchase lending in the future.

  I have worked with Tim and Michele with the purchase of my home 3 years ago (different company).   This is the second time we've used Tim and his team for our mortgage needs and we could not be happier. From the strategic process of what mortgage options to pursue, cost of loan to long term value, all the way to the very last document signing, we knew that Tim and his crew were looking out for our best interests the entire time. Their communication was fantastic throughout the process, calling every Tuesday to update us as to where we were at, even when there was nothing that had changed! They were always right there keeping us apprised of our loan status. However, perhaps most impressive, was Tim's knowledge and insight into our loan options, always placing our long term well-being as a priority.
