  We worked with Lauren Carter for our first home purchase and she was fantastic! Extremely professional, she worked hard to get us the best rate and deal for our situation, she communicated regularly and we were able to complete everything online. She made the process so easy that we were even able to close earlier than expected. She also referred us to the best homeowners insurance brokers to get the best deal and coverage we needed. I can't speak more highly of Lauren, I would recommend her to all my friends and family!

  We had a little complicated mortgage loan approval process due to a number of businesses. There were a lot of documentation requirements. Joe's team was very professional and patience.
