  Keith Collins and his entire team are outstanding. We recently refinanced and were able to save $600 a month on our payment. The entire refinance was a smooth process. Beyond the refinance Keith was extremely helpful in talking through some of our short and long term goals. Not only is he a wealth of knowledge he genuinely cares about his clients and their goals.   There is good, and then there is great. I used Keith and his teams help to buy my first home. Not only did Keith take the time to meet with me in person, but he also gave me several home loan options to choose from. I have heard many stories from friends and family of how stressful the home buying process is. I must say that Keith and his team made the process smooth and easy.   We had the privilege of working with Keith Collins and his amazing team during our journey to buying a house. From the beginning, Keith was patient with our questions and full of very helpful information! He worked with my husband and I to find financing options that worked for us, and even matched a competitive interest rate for our loan. Keith's team is very organized and they work together like a well-oiled machine! They were always all on the same page and very responsive to our questions and requests for information. In addition, they are SO organized. They use a secure portal for private information and have an amazing system that makes the steps of the home buying process very clear. We never felt confused during our transaction. We had a 21-day close and my husband and I never felt the pressure of this short timeline. Keith and our real estate agent, Alyssa Cross, took care of business. The two of them worked so well together throughout the entire transaction. Keith made sure to go above and beyond to contact the selling agent to ensure that we were solid buyers. His vote of confidence may have been the reason we got into contract! We feel so fortunate to now own our amazing home. Without a doubt, we would not have this beautiful home if it weren't for the help and dedication from the Keith Collin's team.   Keith Collins is a fantastic lender! He is a wealth of information for Real Estate agents. I appreciate that he's always available to help me grow business.   Keith and his team are phenomenal, from explaining various mortgage types to the meaning of that jumble of numbers to what you can expect during the process - which was amazingly quick. If you have a question or concern, their response rate is also impressive. Not once did I have to wait and wonder about a query - every question or request was responded to very quickly...sometimes in just a few minutes. I recommend Keith and his team to everyone! They're FABULOUS!
