  Craig Mitchell was very professional at all times. He kept us aware of everything that was happening during our loan process. If I had any questions he was always available to answer though we didn’t have to reach out to him very much because he is so attentive. This was our first home purchase. We didn’t know much about the process but he made it very easy to understand the things we had questions about. It was really nice to speak to Craig and understand not only what our options were but he also helped us understand what the best options were for our particular situation. We really enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to family and friends!

  I worked with Craig when buying and refinancing my home. I highly recommend him as he is very helpful and made the process a lot easier.   We used Craig when we move to California two years ago. Hence, because we like him so much, we did not hesitate to have him work on our refinance. He knows his stuff and worked his tail off to get everything right. He communicates effectively. He was always available to answer the concern and questions we had.   Craig recently helped me purchase my very first home! Reached out to me the same day I got in contact with a realtor, which helped me move along the process more quickly. He was very helpful and patient with explaining all the different loan options and answered all my questions in detail. He was on top of all the paperwork, and was very responsive, making sure we stayed within our timeline. He also made sure we were updated all the way through!
