  JT was by far the best broker we have worked with. He went through all the different loan options and did his best to get us the lowest interest rate at the time. JT was very responsive, he would get back to us as soon as possible if he couldn’t take our call. He was extremely thorough and made sure we understood the entire buying process.   Jason was phenomenal, and since we had to complete our real estate deal from out of state (we live in Utah, but the property we were buying was in Sarasota), AND we had no real estate brokers involved to help manage the process...Jason had to help us navigate everything. I'm pretty sure we had the hardest loan file ever, so we were extremely pleased with the successful results.
