  OZK is big enough to offer you what you need and still have a smaller bank feel and approach. At a time when the biggest banks are pulling back on staff and using their imagination to come up with a plethora of new fees, this bank has a people first approach. Harvey is a great manager and my dealings with Kelly Cardella have been perfect. The tellers also go out of their way to insure customer satisfaction. The SR70 locations are very convenient. Great bank!

  This is my business bank! Harvey Ruiz and his team helped with the PPP program for COViD19. I filled out the application and documentation required and within a few days the money was in my account! Extremely easy and fast. Harvey was on it constantly letting me know of the progress. They also got my business all set up with a business account. He is saving me money while providing the best costumer service that I did not get at my previous bank. He even made me a business debit card with my logo on it! Looks amazing! I highly recommend Harvey and bank OZK as your business bank.

  Honestly the easiest banking experience I've ever had. I've had many mortgages and dealt with many banks but this one is by far the best. I did a home equity line of credit and it was done in 2 weeks. Competitive rates and amazing customer service !

  This branch of Bank of the Ozarks on SR 70 in Bradenton Florida is a wonderful bank. Staff is friendly and efficient. Customer service is stellar! You will not be disappointed!
