  Bad experience from beginning to end on my auto loan. Will not use them moving forward for any financing needs. Customer service is lackluster at best. Buyer beware: they charge a high late fee after only 5 days of due date.

  This bank keeps freezing our account.we go in and they say the money is in the account . Then we go to use the debit card and it's frozen again an hour later Been with achieva for 15 years and now they mess with our account . Very dissatisfied

  Absolutely terrible behavior from the SR 70 location. This is the branch I use on a regular basis and have gone in at least once or twice a month all year(2020). I make deposits, have had new accounts made, and replaced debit cards. I can not wear a mask and have a medical exemption and it has been fine everytime until now. Today(10/5/2020) I was kicked out and told I could be attended to outside as if I'm a dog. Florida is in phase 3 and Manatee county has lifted mask mandates, but all of sudden they are going to treat people with a lack of dignity. And the manager(?) was completely tone deaf to a medical exemption and told me "he didn't care. Go ahead and sue him." Disgusting behavior!

  Hi Tara - we are very sorry for your unpleasant experience at this location. Currently, it is a company-wide policy for every person to wear a mask while inside our branches. However, we do offer exceptional drive-thru banking service and are happy to help members who can't wear a mask in our drive-thru.   My credit card number got stolen they started an investigation and quit and allowed the people who made purchases get free items off of me I'm still paying for it every month. Bank personal is nice corporate sucks and is rude and there fraud department is another company so they don't care either way. Went back to Wells Fargo they take care of their business and they respect their customers.

  It's Friday like are you kidding me and this place closed on a Friday at 12pm knowing people need the bank I am so fed up with this bank been 15 years with them so sick and tired of needing the bank and the closed at noon. Always closed days after a holiday looking for a new bank

  Going downhill fast. Tried to automatically "upgrade" my account after 15 years to one with a $6.95 monthly service fee. Had to call and request an account without a fee. I expect that from a for profit bank, not a credit union. If I want to be taken advantage of I'll go to BoA and at least get nationwide branches.

  The manager at this branch is amazing! Service is quick and friendly. Huge plus that every employee is a notary.
