  Wasn't very busy but still ended up taking some more time then I thought it would just to re issue my lost debit card didn't know that is was that hard to do but thank you.

  Worst staffed bank I’ve ever been to. Management was awful. Shocked they would allow such poor representation at each level at this branch, from teller to Branch manager. Completely unprofessional overstepped their boundaries. Had no idea what they were doing.

  I normally go to the branch in Lakewood Ranch, but after feeling ignored, I came here. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I was given an update on how long it may be due to their high volume, and they showed a genuine interest in assisting me. The management team at this location is the best that I have seen in this area. Thank you Jelena and Mr Orelien for helping me during my time of need.

  Very very very slow. Can’t even handle 4 customers with 2 reps. Waited 20 mins and the third rep kept asking me repeatedly what I was there for cos’ she can’t recognize me apparently for more than 5 mins. And let me reminded you there are only 2 people in line. May be that third rep can actually help the customers instead of asking about what they are doing there and not actually helping any, though she was nice about it. I left after 40 mins, they still haven’t finished with the first 2 customers. Unbelievable

  I called and they said that this Branch doesn't have a drive-thru and they are only open till 5 not 6

  After gomy my tonone Wells Fargo and the lady obviously didn’t know how to do her job I came to this one to set up my business account. This lady didn’t even want to help me because the closed in 30 minutes. So they must obviously not want my business.

  Kalah Harford was just outstanding to work with. I needed some documents for a home closing in North Carolina and she went out of the way to meet my needs on two separate occasions. Great customer service
