Ethan Tan stayed on top of all things to make sure everything went right, and he was very helpful the loan process..I’m very pleased with my new interest rate and mortgage payment.   We recently closed on a refinance of our home. Bud Biggers was "on it" every step of the way. His team worked through their vacations as well as the Thanksgiving holiday to get the job done.
