  While participating in a benefit golf tournament Several years ago in Burnet, I had the pleasure of meeting two young gentlemen that worked at a SouthStar Branch. They made a wonderful impression on me. When I started looking for a different bank, I knew I would go to SouthStar Bank first to see if my positive feelings continued. Even before opening our accounts, I was so pleasantly surprised and met with such friendly and helpful folks. That continues to this day. I am so Happy with "everyone" I have encountered there. They surely make me feel like a valued customer. Excellent Customer Service skills abound at this location.

  Moved to SouthStar after my former financial institution's customer service became intolerable. The staff at SouthStar has been fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about them! They have gone above and beyond. Thank you SouthStar Georgetown!

  SouthStar Bank reminds me of the way my grandfather described his banking experiences; relationship based and "creative" in their implementation of helping you grow your own business. In this day and age you will find all the major banks who just treat you like a number because that's exactly what you are to them. Southstar couldn't be more different. They're available, thoughtful and truly customer service based. They've gone above and beyond to help me and my family. They're counselors, friends and business partners all wrapped into one.   Opening an account was quick and simple. They have a senior account which gives free checks annually which was unexpected. Coincidentally, they held a barbecue party a couple of weeks after the account was opened which was excellent. Very pleasant staff. We were made to feel very welcomed as customers.

  A big bank with a small town feel. We moved here from Florida and had the best bank on our little island and were so pleased with finding South Star Bank when we moved to Texas. They give very personal attention every time we go and remember our names! They give great incentives to the kids savings as well.

  Great job at the bank. Everyone is so friendly, and we feel like we have been there for years! I really appreciate their attitude and teamwork. It is so easy on the website to check balances and make transfers.

  Thank you Jeff Pareja for making my loan process go through. You put in a lot of overtime at the home and office to work on my loan. I worked with several bank personnel in the past, and Jeff is the best loan officer hands down because he is thorough, he tries hard to complete your loan on time, he stay in touch with you by emails and phone. He is a very nice guy. I highly recommend him.
