  Steve and his team are phenomenal. My husband and I really appreciated their hands-on support and guidance, as well as the time they took to ensure we were comfortable and prepared every step of the way. This was our second time working with Steve and his team, the first to purchase our first home, and the second to refinance it in order to remove PMI and self escrow (and as an added bonus, lock in a lower interest rate).   Amazing. After trying out two companies and having little success, a friend recommended Steve Ferguson with Southwest Funding. Other funding companies were slow to run reports and were not helpful. Steve and his staff were quick to respond and always returned my messages and emails. They are also friendly and work past 5pm. Because of Steve me and my husband are buying our first house. We are so glad we found Steve and Southwest Funding.
