  Gwinn & Jayne are FABULOUS agents! We spent several years getting to know the Ponte Vedra Beach area before we moved from Baltimore, MD. The two of them started working with us in the very beginning of that process. They were patient, caring, honest, knowledgeable and professional throughout and really listened to us. The end result is that we've purchased a wonderful home that is perfect for us. We could not have done that without Gwinn & Jayne!

  Gwinn and her team were amazing! During our home search, she was proactive with sending us properties that fit our criteria, always responsive whenever we wanted to schedule a showing, and really helped us through the closing process as first time home buyers. Would highly recommend!

  The Volen group went above and beyond during the sale of our home. From start to completion, they were with us every step of the way and made the process easy and enjoyable. There was no pressuring at all and they went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable with the explanation of wordy contracts and agreements. Almost everything was handled via docusign while we were working or out of town. This group is trustworthy and efficient. We would use them again without question.

  Gwinn and her team are the best! She negotiated an investment property rennovation for me that was the lowest price since the recession in Sawgrass County Club. Four months later she got me the highest price for a non-golf/non-water view and she did it in just 5 days! Her communication, professionalism, knowledge, connections and her experience are a winning combination. Hire her, listen to her and do whatever she tells you to do. You will be delighted.

  I can’t express enough how highly I recommend Gwinn Volen and her team. Not only did she manage all expectations of the buyers and sellers but she also stayed on the bank and loan process to ensure that every bit of the transaction went like clockwork. Just a small example of her quality and work ethic was when the people selling the house (her clients) had the home cleaned before we moved in, she came and checked it and wasn’t happy and got the cleaners to come back out to re-clean the spots that weren’t perfect and then she personally came back over to the house with a vacuum to clean the bottoms of the curtains where there was a little bit of the previous owners dog hair left on them. She did all of that AFTER we closed and after she was paid. She truly wanted us to walk into a home that felt as brand-new as she could, with no other motivation than to do the right thing and try to make the buyers (us) feel special. After that she has kept up with the trailing issues that the old owner was responsible for getting fixed (broken blinds, other little things) and has communicated to us constantly and stayed on the companies that owe us work. We were the buyers, so she had zero fiduciary responsibility to us nor any monetary motivation to continue helping us after the sale, yet she has been there every step of the way. I will use her again and I have already referred my own mother to use her if she decides to move. Quality people have quality businesses, Gwinn continues to prove that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
