  Made an Appointment for 2:30 Monday afternoon for wife and I to do some banking business. We left after 20 min of waiting and no one even acknowledged our presence. Very dissatisfied. So glad I made an appointment!

  I have been banking here for a few years and always get top notch treatment. I moved all my other accounts here just recently and could not be happier with the customer service and professionalism.

  Absolutely ridiculous. Needed a quick fix on an account, one person in line ahead of me... an hour later still can't get in front of anyone useful. The nice greeter gentleman tried to get me a manager - whom I then overhead whining about how she couldn't help because she hadn't gone on lunch yet. Awesome customer service. Is a half-star an option?

  I don't know why there are so many negative reviews about this branch. I love banking here! I do my personal and business banking here. I have gotten to know many of the staff over the years and love the awesome welcome I get every time I walk in. Alsi, Caroline, and Rose are awesome! Keep up the good work!

  Just used the free notary service. I rely on the awesome mobile banking app usually, but I get great service whenever I do need to go to a branch.

  I have never met a more condescending teller in my life. Terrible customer service! Closed my account and won't ever use this bank again in my life!

  Slow and Rude employees! Waiting in line 20 min because only 1 cashier. Next time 2 cashier behind counter and they do t even look up to help u! Why all bank of America sucks so bad?
