  We highly recommend Fairway Mortgage - Karen Chartier and her team (Catherine Farrington and Karissa Tonn). Karen worked with us diligently and patiently as we tried to secure a rate/mortgage - all this remotely and during the holidays! Despite the challenges, Karen successfully locked us in and prepared us for the closing of our new home (Feb. 2022). We appreciated her help (and from her team) every step of the way. They skillfully and patiently navigated us through the documents, Loan Disclosure, and everything that needed our signatures remotely. We were fortunate that Karen was recommended to us and we further recommend her and her team - they are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with!
