  Tried to offer me very little for jewelry that I wanted to sell. Not at all knowledgeable. Just look at the junk they have in their cases!! I felt that I was bothering and annoying them to even look at my stuff. Some items were name brands, and all items were gold or diamonds. Don’t even bother with them! I went elsewhere and got even more than I expected!!

  We are very knowledgeable and eager to help any customer We were very attentive to this customer, but she seemed displeased for what we could offer her and started to quickly gather her items so she could leave. Some people just seem to be stuck up and unwilling to hear anybody out. We Can't please every customer but we sure do try. We give honest and fair appraisals and keep the customer on the same page as us when we show them how we come up with our prices.

  I’ve done business here over ten years now. Chris is the most pleasant, consi and reasonable business person there. The guy with the gauges is really pleasant as well. I will always be a loyal customer.

  Wonderful service and excellent prices. My fiancé is ecstatic with her ring which was priced at less than half what I expected to pay in retail. The salesman was a true professional and took his time to show us everything they had that matched our criteria. I would not hesitate to return for my next jewelry purchase

  this establishment is as classy as it gets when it comes to pawn shops! In my opinion its not really a pawn shop/it doesnt have a pawn shop vibe. The jewelry selection is top notch, definitely the place to go if your a woman looking for earrings etc! seriously check it out, the prices are fair/they are willing to work with you to reach a good deal. macys or Nordstrom/other places such as kay or jared are all high/over priced.......at rt 50 gold and jewelry exchange you will get a great deal on a quality piece. The manager Chris is personable, honest, intelligent and patient....just a real class act....i mean your all time classy pawn broker. Definitely go to rt 50 gold/ jewelry exchange you will not be sorry!

  The guys were really honest and straight with me. I went to other shops in the area such as jewelry exchange of tysons and got much much worse treatment. Other places you find either stuck-up trashy people, or extremely rude cut-throats. These guys were regular, nice, and fair; explaining the process to me and how buying/selling and pawning things work. I'd recommend them to a friend.

  This place is a rip off. I sold gold pcs here. I found out later from my dad, that one of the rings I sold was a 22k gold band from 1940s Korea - something they do not make here in US. The guy marked it as 14k gold band on the receipt.I knew something was funny, because the gold was very soft, and color was very bright and yellow, compared to the other pcs I sold. I went back and they said they sold it, which was a lie because they couldn't show me any paperwork for selling it, but had the paperwork for me selling to them. Advice: shop around, don't go to scammers that will lie to you about what type of gold you have and how much its worth, because my fathers ring was worth more then $250 bucks.
