  What can i say !! . From application to funding in a month. Christine Hwang worked with me through the entire process, held my hand from start to finish.   I recently worked through Loan Factory for my refinance and had the best experience. There are three areas where Loan Factory performed exceptionally well compared to the other mortgage lenders I have worked with. First, they are responsive. I can call them anytime during the day for help. Even when I called around 10PM EST. They always communicate with me when they will be out of the office and who is their back up. Second, they provide a timely alert of the rates I asked. I get an email at least twice a day for the latest rate. At the same time I can always call them for the information. Finally, they are knowledgeable. The team also tries their best to find an answer to my questions and requests. I am very happy with their services and will become a loyal customer for sure.
