  Brian and the Congressional Capital team are, without a doubt, the best in the hard money business. Brian provides quick response/guidance/support on all aspects of the deal (from origination through exit). Being a very active developer himself, he is willing to provide honest feedback and lend support if a project needs some help. Many hard money lenders just want to collect a check and are not truly invested in the success of your project. His terms are also very fair, given the advice he provides. Brian articulates his terms on any given project very quickly and will not retrade the deal once the term sheet goes out. Speed is not an issue, either: He has closed in as few as 4 days for me. Brian and his entire team run a top-notch operation. They have financed 5 deals for me already and I look forward to many more!
