      This is such a wonderful branch. Everyone is always so kind and pleasant. Ms. Kimberly the bank manager was beyond helpful and took so much time to assist me with multiple needs.

      Truist is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with they don’t care about there customers! I have lost out on thousands dealing with this bad level of service I recommend everyone to leave this bank!

      Worst customer service ever! I was waiting in this location we’ll before 5 o clock and they threw the sign down as soon as I pulled up to the window after waiting more than half an hour! Nasty employees always have been!

      Bad services! Always need to wait more then 20 min in the drive thru line . Personal in this branch are NOT nice For me 0 point , 0 star !

      The service at this branch is awful. Always have to wait and they are never nice to you. The only person that is nice is Onar. The others don’t acknowledge you. I waited in the drive thru 20 minutes one day!!!! That’s awful

      I used to ovoid this branch but they got a lot more better. Staff do their best to help as fast as they can and became kind.

      Onur and Pia are the best. But the rest of the staff are horrible. I have been banking with BBT / First VA Bank for over 30 years and will change bank institution.
