  What an incredibly efficient and knowledgeable team of people! My wife and I were blessed to have Jonathan Tipton and his group in our corner when we made the purchase of our home!   The entire process was extremely easy. I didn’t even have to go into the office.   Jonathan and his entire team were absolutely wonderful to work with. Each of them made sure the entire process was complete and on time. They update you through the process so you know what progress has been made. If you are looking for a worry-free process and closing on time without any issues, Benchmark is the lender to choose. Each member of his team could not have been more helpful and anytime in had a question, I simply reached out to them and someone would always have the answer.   Jonathan and his team made this process enjoyable. This was not my first time buying a home and this experience was so different than my last. I was able to communicate with someone anytime I had questions and the response was very quick. Jonathan and his team worked hard to have answers for any situation that may come up.
