  Absolutely the best experience ever! I was a first time home buyer for a very small $ dollar amount home purchase and yet it didn't matter to them, whether its under a $75,000 home or a $350,000 home, every employee in this office treated me like gold! Tracy Ray was my Loan officer assistant and she made everything run super smoothly and made all the annoying paperwork a lot less stressful, I cannot fit enough good things on here to say about Tracy except that she goes "Above & Beyond" to make sure that whatever you need, gets done and in a very timely fashion! Fantastic choice choosing Steve Reed and his team, would recommend to anyone, and would use again! A+++

  Steve is the most professional,hardest working, loan agent I have ever encountered. My wife and I were selling two houses and buying one house and he found a way to make everything happen and still get us a fantastic mortgage rate. Not to mention he took time out of his day to notorize different papers for us and even send them first class overnight to get our loan papers expedited for our relocation. Our relocation company did not get the closing information to underwriting until the day of closing and Steve worked his magic and got the paperwork through underwriting in a matter of hours. I cannot say enough about benchmark realty! I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again.

  Steve and his team were all FABULOUS. It’s been almost a year since we purchased our home (I’ve been slacking on writing this review haha). They were all very supportive throughout the actual process and they called and checked on us numerous times afterwards. We have also received all kinds of housewarming gifts. Who doesn’t love free stuff?! If we ever buy a new home in the future, we will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended!!

  Steve went above and beyond to ensure I was able to obtain the property (although certain condos/townhouses are very difficult to approve during underwriting). Communication was impeccable and the educational experience as a first time purchaser was worth the wait. Overall, I would highly recommend Steve and his team to anyone wishing to purchase a home.   With being a first time home buyer, it can be overwhelming. Steve does an amazing job with explaining the whole process and making sure I understood every document, every number, or every acronym that was put in front of me. Steve made the process less daunting and was so encouraging the whole time. He made sure that whichever loan I chose, it was the best one for me. With the type of loan I recieved, I was also asked to take a home owners course. I am so thankful that it was a requirement and it helped me learn even more. He and his friendly staff go above and beyond! I greatly appreciate all their hard work and helping me with my first home purchase!
