  Glenn Landstrom knows his stuff and patiently waited for me to get there from Nashville to pick up the awesome 2019 Subaru Outback with cross traffic, nav, lane assist. This car is awesome. Dealer's final sell sheet exactly matched what I was promised before my visit. That is unheard of - and awesome!!!

  Love this dealership, Jeff A. and Nathan are the best ! My Mom and I love our new Subaru and the price was the best out of the 4 Subaru dealerships I checked. Jeff and Nathan worked with us all the way and got us the car we wanted at a great price. Jeff spoke with my mom on the phone 3 times before traveled in and made the deal.   My experience at Wallace Subaru of Johnson City was a PERFECT car buying experience. My salesman, Mr. STANLEY HILLIARD, was not like your typical "car salesman" AT ALL! He was not at all pushy and made me and my family feel like we had known him for years and very much made me feel like I was instantly apart of the Wallace Subaru of Johnson City family! He and the entire staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful in our car buying experience. I will NEVER car shop anywhere else, besides Wallace Subaru of Johnson City.

  I have had nothing but AMAZING SERVICE with Wallace Subaru Of Johnson City! I bought my first new car in 2006, a VW from Wallace of Johnson City. Since then I have purchased 3 new Subaru's from Wallace Subaru Of Johnson City. The sales, finance and service department have been outstanding with their help and honesty. My salesman and finance were great to work with from beginning to end, THANK YOU Jeff A. and Austin. Myra is my PREFERRED service adviser, since I started with her from my VW, but Gerald is wonderful to work with also. You know I am an extremely satisfied customer when I refer someone because of the experience I have had. It also shows that I truly appreciate how I am treated here to now have purchased 4 cars and have all my service is done by them.

  Great buying experience. Dan Witt was extremely helpful and efficient. Although new car purchases are serious business, Dan's sense of humor was refreshing. He and his teammates work well together and take pride in the products they sell. I was satisfied with the price and am enjoying my sweet new ride, the Outback.

  We came into the dealership not fully expecting to make a deal, as we knew what we wanted for our current vehicle. However, we were pleasantly surprised when Stanley Hilliard met us for what proved to be the absolute BEST car buying experience I have ever had. No back and forth, we told them what we wanted, and they made it happen. No pressure from any of the salesmen. No "let me check with my boss" and leave us sitting in the cube. We will certainly be buying more from Mr. Hilliard in the future!
