      I started calling the dealership this morning around 830. They had posted a Truck on the website. I've been looking for this model for several months. I called, was hung up on twice, then reached sales person Austin. I requested the price of the truck. I live an hour outside of Johnson City and wanted to know if the price was within the amount I was willing to pay. I was told they would call back as soon as the manager gave them the price, WEIRD. After an hour, I called Austin back and was given the same answer, only this time he added they just got the truck and he was still waiting on the mgr to give hime the price. Two hours go by, I call and request to speak with another sales person. This one told me to come on to JC and he'd make it work. Still, no price. At almost 4pm, they called with a price. Guys...if you are not ready to sell a vehicle or give out the information, don't put it on the website with "call for price"! Thanks for nothing.

      In an attempt to make our vehicles quickly known to the buying public, we list them on the website asap. Then we send the vehicle through service and detail to be brought up to our standards. For these reasons and for consistency and accuracy, a salesperson may not have the price of fresh inventory.       So disappointed in this company!! I have been a Nissan customer for 7 years and the treatment that Johnson city nissan gives people is awful. They waste your time even after you explain the situation to them they continue to lie and waste time. Will NEVER GO BACK!!

      Very disappointed with service department and will not be returning. Do not appreciate the manner and tone that I received when I took my vehicle for simple oil change Should have been an hour tops even without an appointment. Attempted to schedule service online everyday for 2 weeks thinking it was just a glitch in the website but every time got to the page confirming appointment got message something went wrong so wanted to keep giving it a try hoping it had been resolved. Knew from past service visits that drive ins were welcome, so off I go. I was greeted with a scowl when said I didn’t have an appointment upon arrival and was told they would work me in. Was scowled upon again when the advisor went over issues that were advised on last service visit and I declined to have them performed again on this visit. To that fact, those issues had been resolved, and had the service tech preformed the multipoint inspection that is included with the oil change, they would have known that. I just wanted to see if they owned up to their claim of multipoint inspection and saw that the issues were taken care of. Was advised that I needed an air filter, and knowing that I could handle that myself, was rudely told “the vehicle can’t run if it can’t get air” and the advisor huffed off when I declined. Was advised of other issues that need to be taken care of and felt as if I was an inconvenience to them and a waste of their time when I did not commit to the repairs then or agree to schedule repairs. Watching customers that arrived hours after I did leave and sitting in the customer lounge watching my vehicle’s progress, seeing the service techs gather together not working on a vehicle while mine sat there with the hood up, did not strike me as a good customer service experience or that they were considerate of my time or appreciative of my business. I was finally able to leave 3 1/2 hours later (mind you a simple oil change and multipoint inspection) with one last scowl. I will not be getting needed repairs from Johnson City Nissan due to this experience. Seems the service department under the new management is not up to the standards of Tri-Cities Nissan and I am sorry they are no longer the owners of this location. Never had any issues with them and staff was great. Thanks for showing your true colors as new owners and how things roll (or don’t) in the service department there now! 😡

      I would highly recommend Johnson City Nissan , the customer service is absolutely amazing !       The sales part a couple years ago was fine. It usually is when they want to sell a car. But the service department is lacking in any element of speed or customer service. It’s always incredibly slow. Today had a very negative experience from a service advisor named Margo. I get free oil changes and I’ll be paying to go somewhere else from now on.
