  My family has worked with Shane multiple times. We had the most complicated purchase ever and we own a lot of properties. Shane was able to come up with very complex solution to a wide variety of problems. He consistantly thinks out of the box and for me that is worth so much more than what other teams I have worked with. We have liked them so much that even though i have moved across the nation we still look to Shane and his team for further relationship building. In this instance I was looking at doing a refinance or possibly selling and his advice was not the typical advice i would have thought i would have received. He was straight on the points of why he loved my property and felt that keeping it forever would be my best option even if I didn't refinance it and I was seriously considering selling since it has almost doubled in value in the past 5 years. I will be using their team again when possible.

  Shane, Taraya and the entire Bay Equity team were quick, efficient and incredibly helpful and friendly. Shane is well versed in VA mortgages and refinancing and really helped counsel us to make the right decision for our refinance.

  We were recommended my a old friend of mine to Shane. (The other person was unable to give us a answer after over 2 months of waiting) The Shane McGraw team is so phenomenal they make me want to hang out in their office! They all communicate well, and have superb attitudes. They make you feel welcome and answer questions fast! Shane is passionate about helping vets! (My husband is a vet.) You can see it in his eyes and also how he speaks, he is there to help, and puts all his energy into giving you the information you need to be a successful home owner!

  When we first met Shane his promise to us was that he was going to make us say "WOW" at the end of the process. He more than came through on his word!
