  I've had two loans with these guys. They hardly ever answer the phone. It's really annoying. But sure they'll be calling when I don't need them and ask would you like some money? No I have a loan with you guys already. I leave voicemails with no call back. At least I just paid my loan off, hopefully, if it was the right pay off amount that I was trying to call about today...

  The staff of One Main in Silverdale WA re awesome! They treat you as family not clients. They make sure you understand everything before signing anything and no question is stupid if it is going going to make you comfortable and understand your situation better. I definately would recommend them to famiy or friends.

  Received a loan in 2016. To 5 years to pay off. Staff was always courteous except Marco. Went to close loan with last payment and he didn’t tell me about $.02 , yes two cents- it kept my loan open for a longer time. When talking with him he was always rude. He would make the experience miserable. I must say Miranda and Christina were pleasant and always helpful. They put to rethink this mans customer service position. Would I get a loan from them again. Probably not. 28% intersect is way too high. At the time, desperate is desperate!

  OneMain Financial is a great loan company. This is the only branch I have been too and they have always been more than friendly and very helpful. Even when I hit hard times and couldn't make the payment on time, they were understanding, helpful and still friendly. I appreciate everything they have done for me. I will continue to use this branch for all my loan needs in the future. They may be about 50 miles from where I live but they are worth the trip. Thank you OneMain and Thank You Brandy for always being so kind and helpful! :)

  Getting a small loan was hard to do. These guys were able to get me one. They are the best. Most helpful and very friendly. They make you feel at home they were very polite. Got the help i needed in a about a day. Thank you guy nice doing business with you.

  I'm so happy with the help I got from them. Not only was in fast and super easy the staff helped me in every point possible. Did all the paperwork and was able to cut me a check within hours. Thank you so much for saving this family thousand of dollars in fees from the company I was using. Best start to the summer so far.

  Once again life threw my family a curveball as it does so many other families leaving us with limited options on how to resolve our financial issues. Feeling stressed-out and hopeless not seeing any way out, all it took was one phone call to the Silverdale branch and within one day we were able to get a loan after being denied from my bank whom I’ve been a customer with for many years. “Jacque” and office manager, “Miranda” at the Silverdale, WA location went above and beyond to help us with the loan process. Utilizing the electronic process made it so easy on my end that I all it took was a few clicks and I was approved just like that! Not only were their customer service skills on point as far as quickness, their friendliness and ability to not make me feel bad for my not so perfect credit score, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Much of which large banks don’t do. They truly made me feel as if I was just as good as the next guy who had perfect credit. That’s not very common for families like ours who are hard working but had a few ‘hiccups’ in life leaving out credit score a work in progress to improve. I can’t express enough how ‘Jacque’ and ‘Miranda’ helped change the course of my families life by just doing their job. It meant a lot more to us than them just doing their job - it many ways it helped restore my faith in humanity again. Their ability to be professional and at the same time personal with their care and kindness puts this One Main branch on top of the list! I would highly recommend these wonderful people each and every time life throws you a curveball. Thank you so much ladies - I truly appreciate you and all that you do! Lena 😊
