Amber Meade5Staff is cordial and the wait time for my appointment was only a few minutes. Amy T. was very professional and had me all squared away in no time. I use the ATM here often and the lobby is always clean. I feel safe walking in after dark. Looking forward to the day BECU opens a branch in Port Orchard!

Fred Whittlesey5I opened multiple accounts with BECU Silverdale today. Personal savings/checking, business savings/checking, and my daughter's savings/checking. Francisco did a superb job - 2 hrs and 20 minutes with me. Jordan seems to be a guru in the Branch and can answer every question in about 2 seconds. Based on this positive experience I will be moving my other daughter's guardianship/trustee business to them plus our investment accounts and IRAs. So nice to find a bank that is not an antagonist of their customers. :-)

I went in today just to pick up my new debit card and Loren was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. I was so impressed with this branch today that I decided to transfer all my money to my new BECU account instead.

David Prychodzko1People in the branch are nice but that’s where it ends. I paid off my credit cards and pulled 65k out and went to Navy Fed Best choice ever! I was with Becu for 4 years and it was 4 years to many. Okay now it’s going even worse I tried to call but you service center said sorry we are handling to many calls and hung up on me 3 times. So I couldn’t get my payment in and I got a 30 day late I Disputed it but you said it was my fault because you couldn’t get your people to pick up the phone !! Then your lady at the branch and the manager said this is an ongoing problem and they here about it a lot

steven begley3I love this bank. Still have an account there but they have pretty strict policies for new members. I tried to add my fiance onto my account to make it our joint account but unfortunately she wasn't approved because her FICO score was like 10 points to low.. so now I'm stuck using AlaskaUSA which is not a bank id ever recommend to anyone.

Eddie Williams (Eddie)5BECU is the ONLY place that would approve our home loan when all other banks promised but lied. Also great customer service. If you've had a bad experience with them, try Chase, WAMU (bankrupt) or any other big bank!

Princess Haukea2I use to love this bank, However BECU as a whole company, is a different story! Beware that they will freeze your account for "fraudulent activities " but not give you any information on it, besides we are SNAIL MAILING you a new card that will get there in 7-10 business days!! WHAT?! Unless I want to drive to seattle side I won't be able to actually obtain my money because the "Bank" near me is a glorified ATM basically, they can not issue you replacement cards for when THEY shut your card off, no expedited shipping of card, pretty much I am sorry mam! Good luck if you choose BECU on this side of the water, you get screwed pretty much if they feel like shutting your card off they will, even after verifying purchases and now no access to your money for 7 to 10 BUISNESS DAYS. Yeehaw!.
