  As a small business owner a lot of people told me getting a mortgage can be difficult and warn me about a lot of things. HOWEVER, I had a great experience with Sam and the Rosenblatt Group. I had all my paper work in order which made things easy for both parties. The Rosenblatt Group was referred to them by a client of mine. Sam's Team was awesome and super fast with everything. They are in constant communication with you through out the loan process and send you every document with encryption (which is very important to me). Sam is very reachable and his team is great at their jobs. As a millennial, I loved that they had a functional mobile app that lets you upload just about all of your documents into the app. CLOSING: I was originally scheduled to close on June 15th (about 52 days from beginning to end) However, the seller was eager to sell and wanted to move settlement up...I was all for settling early as well. Sam and his Group were able to help me close early within about 31 days. I was able to close end of May (May 26th) which was awesome. Everything went smoothly and I'm excited to be a first time home buyer. I would highly recommend Sam and his Group to anyone looking to buy a home. Phenomenal communication and best of all you get to close and have a great team to help you do it! Thank you,

  Sam and his team at Academy Mortgage were outstanding as they assisted me and my wife in the purchase of our first home. He made the the entire process easy and smooth. Additionally, the day before closing, we made a change to the sale price with the seller. Sam worked the morning of the closing and updated the new mortgage numbers without missing a beat.
