Dee Dailey1This is the worst bank in Glen Burnie they are always closed you sit in the drive through forever the staff is rude when you sit in line forever and you get up to the teller they tell you they are closed I will never know why a bank is ran like this

Christina Patrick1Needs better management. 2 weekends in a row we've tried to come in Saturday morning to open an account for our daughter and there's only 1 person working, and he is so slow, today he has been helping the same person for almost an hour and there are several people waiting. Saturday is normally gonna be the busiest day for people opening accounts bc people work during the week so a good manager would realize this and have the bank staffed properly to accommodate customers. We left and are going to another branch or maybe we'll just switch banks all together for our accounts too.

Bonnie Morrill1The lobby is always closed. They are closed between 1-2:30pm for lunch and they are closed 90% of Saturdays. This is not customer service. I don't understand how they are allowed to conduct business this way. They are very inconvenient to ALL customers, especially business customers

Kelly Young1Slowest bank ever. Doesn’t matter what time you come, what day it is, or how many cars are ahead of you. It’s absolutely ridiculous how long I have to wait every single time I am making a business deposit.

Dominique Howisit1Wish I could give 1 star. 3 times now they have told me 2 weeks LATER that I went over the federal withdrawal limit. Some of them were due to the overdraft fee they charged. Switching banks as soon as I can. This is ridiculous. My old bank would always tell me way before I was close to going over. Smh. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

Brenda Oliva1I don't understand why they closed for lunch when the lobby still closed, why everyone go lunch at the same time, what kind of business is this, I stopped by 2:15pm and have to wait till the back 3pm, this is ridiculous.

Pamela Dulaney1This bank is the worst. The ATM is always down. They put a hold on my account which caused my account to go negative and this was a mistake on their part, I called Saturday when I discovered the problem and they couldn't do anything. I am a single mother with a one year old son and needed to purchase items for him but BBT did nothing but not give me access to MY money. And completely messed up my account I will be switching banks ASAP this bank is a joke and no one seems to care that they made an error. It's sad and scary that these people are handling anyone's money.

JoystickFigure1Terrible bank, looks to charge fees wherever it can, even if it isn't legitimate. I got charged 3 overdraft fees, for one overdraft, that I corrected immediately. They claimed that one deposit was a credit when it was already available in the total balance.
