  I recently had a deposit that I was asked to take care of and needed some change. I showed up 25 minutes before close (4pm)and the only teller working wasn't happy about it. Definitely let me know that I shouldn't be coming in 25 minutes before 4pm. It was uncomfortable, also the 3 other people who came in after me could here her complaining. Possibly a bad day and I understand that but being in customer service myself, occasionally we have to work over our scheduled time.

  It’s fast and quiet Bank of America financial center. The stuff is Fabulous and active as Kristen in casher zone and Christopher customers service zone . The manager looks great. I think that the Google reviews does not apply on current stuff.

  The older reviews certainly don't apply to this branch at all anymore. I just recently moved into the area and was looking for a BoA bank that I could use from now on. I was extremely satisfied with my visit, the staff is very friendly, Woody was very polite and did a great job in taking care of my financial transfers in a timely manner that day, and I can definitely recommend this branch to others. I certainly know I found my new favorite BoA branch!

  Tellers are always friendly and good at what they do, however there is only ever 1 teller on working the drive thru window and the actual teller desk. There is almost always a line out the door and it takes forever no matter what time of day you come in. They really need to fix their staffing and scheduling issue. There's no such thing as "slow season" at a bank, so don't treat it as such.

  Tellers are always nice and apologetic for the long wait for service. I have been banking with BOA for 50 years -- with this branch for the last 25. The wait time for drive thru service has significantly increased over the last 2 years. I understand that BOA is trying to cut back on employees but to have one teller do walk up and drive thru customers is ridiculous! I am seriously thinking of either changing my bank or checking out another branch to see if there is better service. BOA should fix this situation before more customers do the same.

  Worst customer service I have ever had at a BOA. Even with an appointment I waited 25 minutes. During that time no one acknowledged my presence. I finally had to leave because I had things to do that didn't include wasting time.

  I've banking with them for 2 years, they have very nice and friendly staff, BUT if you need to notarize don't ever go there, they don't have a notary, unbelievable!!

  1 teller and 15 customers in line, good job cutting costs by not hiring enough tellers bank of america!!!

  Nice people but always a long wait. 9 windows and usually only one is open.

  Plenty of parking. Fast service. Clean and safe. Attentive clerks.
