  Very friendly staff and they get things done quickly. Communication was great throughout the whole experience. Extremely satisfied with this company. Interest rate I received was great and fees were as expected. If I ever need another loan I will go with The RJ Baxter Team again.

  I cannot save enough amazing things about this outstanding office! Buying a home with them as my lender was such an easy process! I always had what I needed or asked for within a few minutes (thanks Kyle!). I would recommend them to all of my family and friends. Everyone in the office is great. It’s a very welcoming hard working office. Thank you all for your hard work and I know if we buy a home ever again this is where I would go!!! You guys truly are the best!!!

  I worked with Todd Barrett for my home loan and he was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and attentive. I was pleased at how quickly they were able to close. I had a very tight window and with an FHA loan they were able to close within 30 days. If I hadn't gone with them, I most likely wouldn't have gotten my amazing new home. I have heard a lot of terrible horror stories of mortgage brokers not following through on the promised dates on the contracts so I was shocked at how amazing this team was.

  Can't recommend Fairway and this team enough. Kyle was incredible to work with throughout the duration of buying a home. My wife and I were first time homebuyers and Kyle got us into a position that not only allowed us to buy a home with confidence, but but us into a better place financially. Made an incredibly difficult and complex process easy to navigate and now we're homeowners! Thanks Kyle!

  Had buyer's who were under contract but not getting the service they needed (from a large, non local company), to get their new home loan closed on time. Enter late into the picture, the RJ Baxter team. They got the loan closed in 3 weeks and did a fantastic job! Everyone at the closing table gave the RJ Baxter Team 5 Stars!

  The team Baxter is very efficient, they worked with me 24/7 and they were there when I needed them the most. Unlike other lenders that were hard to reach during very critical times. They were always there for me working hard to get things done. They definitely made the whole transition very smooth. I highly recommend them.

  We've had the pleasure of working with RJ twice now. Once when we purchased our first home, and recently with a refi. RJ personally reached out to me to see if he could lower our rate. He's very responsive, extremely helpful, and he truly has had our best interest at hand. He's knowledgable and very patient. No matter what kind of the questions I've had, he's always taken the time to answer, and help me understand. Regardless of the time of day, how busy he was, or anything else. He certainly has a customer for life, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing these type of services.
