  Bettina Daniel is a terrific lender and human being. She is detail oriented, a great communicator, but most importantly, she understands the stress associated with purchasing a home. My partner and I used her to refinance and she was fantastic throughout the process - and was always available to answer questions and guide us on our way. I highly recommend Bettina.   Do not do business with planet home lending,the stole my money from scrow they paid taxes on different parcel and county sent me a delinquent tax notice it’s been 6 months that planet said they will pay that money back to me because I had to pay out of my pocket every time I call the put me on hold for 1 to 2 hours on tax department

  I just closed on a house yesterday with Dylan Otley as my loan officer. It could not have gone smoother. It was the least stressful component of the home buying process. He considered all of my loan options, compared rates with other companies, and communicated early and often. The Planet team was transparent and easy to work with -- I definitely recommend them. 3/3/2020 - I also used Dylan Otley to refinance my house when I had additional capital. Could not have had an easier, more stress free experience.

  This company is absolutely horrible. After mis-calculating income on a loan (or rather, refusing it) the company then went to title and tried to sabotage the deal. There was literally NO need for the company to do this except out of spite. They waited weeks to submit the deal to underwriting in the first place, which on self-employed borrowers you do on the day you have income docs. This entire company is a mess but to go to title and try to ruin the real estate transaction is spiteful and unprofessional. I worked in lending for years and I can't say I know a worse company. Very disappointed.
