Steve Lazanas5I was having a horrible day and nothing was going right. I needed to transact some business inside the Wells Fargo bank on Union Ave. I was totally unprepared with my papers, account numbers, etc. I was helped by a teller named Heidi. She was so nice and patient with me it really calmed me down so i could explain what i needed. She handled my transaction like s real pro. She was very knowledgeable and even filled out some paper work for me. Wells Fargo management should realize Heidi is a real asset to their business.

My wife and I were closing on a house within the next 24 hours and they advised us to get a cashier's check (instead of a wire transfer) to make sure the funds were available for our home closing. They were professional, friendly, and fast. I was in and out of the Wells Fargo in 10 minutes with money for our new home. Awesome job.

Alexandria Calderon1I've always expected better from Wells Fargo so I always gave them the benefit of the doubt. But THIS Wells Fargo time after time seem to have employees who are not sure what they're doing. There has been a big lack of accommodation, basic customer service and sometimes unprofessional behavior. They claim they had one of my cards turned off. Come to find a month later, they never did. I went in to get an account setup and assured me I was all set. Again not too much later I found out the account was never set up. I had trouble with my debit card so ordered multiple cards that I never received and once I received a card, the chip broken in my card and it has made basic purchases a hassle. Not to mention one of there employees seem a little too flirtatious for my comfort. I'm sure there are many more other issues I have had but why even bother listing them all. One star.

Victoria Jones5The staff here was great, especially the teller Kyle! I came in when I had been having a very long week, and he was so patient and kind! He made me feel at ease just by having a normal conversation with me. The rest of the staff was also very helpful. Thank you!

Grant Smittkamp1Refuses to accept coins as a deposit. Money is money right? They refuse to accept coins at this bank unless it is rolled. I pay a service fee as a WellsFargo customer for things like their ability to take coins, and apparently they no longer do. Horrible customer service the way they told me as well, calling a manager as if I was a crazy customer to deal with when I politely asked if they could deposit my loose change collection. Going to switch banks because this is the last straw with WellsFargo. They did suggest I take my coins to CoinStar, which would only take a 9.8% service fee. Lame.

Rusty Dye1There wasn't a pleasant person one in that building. I was told I wasn't able to cash a check drawn from them unless I opened a checking account. Treated like criminal and told that my hair, which is multi-colored, was " inappropriate for their establishment." By the branch manager! Awful place with AWFUL frat boy jerks working there!
