  Out of all of the lenders that we talked to and received quotes from, Andy was the only one that took the time to sit down and explain the entire process from his perspective and educate us on EVERY SINGLE option that we had with associated breakdowns of cost to see what made sense for us(along with his own added insights into what would provide the strongest portfolio in this crazy market). He always made himself readily available to answer any questions we had, always taking my MANY phone calls throughout the process. More than that, he made sure that he was there IN PERSON at our closing to go over every single document one last time (during a snowstorm). Andy and his team made the process simple and streamlined and were consistently kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for home financing, refinancing, or investment opportunities.

  Andy is an exceptional loan office and mentor, and I would recommend him without hesitation. Buying a home is one of the biggest and most complex investments you can make.   Andy Wilson has been an amazing mortgage guy. He is down to earth and easy to talk to. I had spoken with several other agents and didn't get the same feeling of understanding and clarity I got with Andy. Being a first time home buyer, I was flying pretty blind. He was able to show me many many different options for home loans and explain the pros and cons (or why I should even bother!) of each of them. I've had the home for almost three years now and the updates from his office and website about the home value, refinancing options, and continued availability when I need to call with questions has been a blessing.   Andy is amazing! I reached out when a friend used him to buy a house. I just wanted advice on how to clean up my credit and on a whim reached out.. Andy talked me through my credit report and what to work on like a friend/advisor and was quick to respond even though I was no where near ready to buy. I appreciated that! After a couple of years I was finally set and reached out to have help me buy my first home then refinance our loan years later. Now, we have bought our 2nd home and although Andy wasn't able to match new build rates he was a trusted advisor every step of the way and after a few years we will try to refinance and get a lower rate with Andy first! Both times were VA Loans which is added work and attention to detail. Andy and his support staff were very attentive and professional through both transactions.
