Every phone call and e-mail was answered promptly and every single one of my many questions was thoroughly answered. In our experience, this company really cares for each of their clients. Every step of the process was communicated to us clearly and there were never any surprises. Our client portal was constantly updated by Richard and staff so we could follow the process of closing at every step of the way. The portal and app were easy to use and I referenced each platform when I had questions. I only have positive things to say about Richard, Kenda, and Jan. I've recommended them to my family and friends and am so thankful for all their work in helping us close on our new home!
