      Stay away from Regions Bank. Deceptive practices, and they'll add charges for anything possible, plus customer service is terrible. Limited hours of operation, too. There are plenty of good and honest business out there. Let this one go back to wherever they came from. Entrust your money to a reputable financial institution. It's not just me, the lobby was full of customer service nightmares, with added service charges that I had been warned by two other customers of the bank to be wary of. Bank manager Kevin Harvey sat in his office as the understaffed tellers and reps faced the heat all by themselves. I will say that Ana Alcala was very pleasant and helpful to the point that her business's limitations would allow, but she was handcuffed by ignorant and malignant policy. I still can't believe this manager sat in his office while the problems mounted up.

      Highly disappointed. I called this branch and spoke to a guy regarding my debit card. I never received it in mail and its been a month and a half. I was told that it will take at-least a month. I was shocked to hear that. I waited and its more than a month and still nothing. How unprofessional!

      Bad customer service, Ann canceled my appointment to open a new business account because she is busy LOL, I am sure she can fit my appointment in but she didn’t want to walk the extra mile, just lost my business.

      Anna was very friendly and helping me out with getting my account squared away. Evidently there was an issue with starting my account online, but she called up and asked me to come in to sort things out. She was very courteous and helpful despite the online service is not quite getting things right.

      This is the worst bank on the planet it took for ever to get a check verified. And after that they did not want to cash their own check the excuse was that we didn't have enough money

      On 2/4 I went through the drive through due to inside closed again. The teller didn’t know how to get an EFS check authorized. I kept telling her how and she kept saying it was inactive. After tying to explain to her many time she still didn’t know what to do. It’s hard to get in touch with a branch manager. Everything about this branch sucks!!!!!!

      Horrible customer service. I would give a zero start if I could. Opened an account there back in 2017 during the promotion period. One of the requirements for receiving the bonus was to use the debit card within 30 days of account opening. 3 weeks passed and I still havent received my card. I went back to the bank and found out the banker who opened the account for me FORGOT to order the debit card. Needless to say, bonus requirement could not be met and the branch management (Scott) was not willing to work with me for their own mistake. Stay away from this dishonest location.

      Second time I have opened account with Regions Bank and they have loyaly screwed up my debit card. First time was few years ago , I opened an account at Plano Branch where they kept sending my ATM card to my old address and it took a month and a half for me to get my ATM. I gave them another chance at the Allen branch. I asked them to have the debit card mail to the branch so they don't mess up like last time and keep sending it to the wrong address. Took over 10 for it to arrive at their branch. They called me today to go pick it up so I drove 45 minutes from work, I walk and nos they can't find the card and the person who called me is at lunch break and didn't bother to give the card to someone else so nobody can find it. Now I have to find another time and drive 45 minutes to this branch and hope that this time they have my card.
