  I have been with CUTX, specifically, the Plano location for seven years now. My dad recommended CUTX, and I am glad I followed his advice. They are excellent! They gave me a great rate on my car and provided superb customer service throughout the repayment process. My car is now paid off, so when it came time to buy my daughter a car, I did not hesitate to return to the Plano location. I want to say that Jorge, in particular, is simply awesome! He is very courteous, friendly, highly knowledgeable about financing and cars in general, and you can tell he strives to take care of his customers. He really went above and beyond for me, and I do appreciate it. The manager, Ashley, is very kind and professional as well, and she was happy to help when Jorge was working with other customers. CUTX Plano is fantastic!

  Jorge was great! I was able to walk in without an appointment and very quickly refi my auto loan at the lowest % I was able to find. 10/10 recommend!

  They do not care about dead trees and never clean up the trash behind their parking! But finally they took care of parking and grass..

  The Credit Union of Texas in Plano is great. Everyone is friendly and very professional.

  Not this particular branch, but CUTX in general. Their app is poorly designed and they take forever to process payments even if it says it’ll be processed on a certain day it likely won’t go through for a few days. They’re over service is okay, but would not recommend getting their credit card.

  I don;t know who would give CUTX any rating lesser than 5. Have banked with them for over 3 years now, for car loans, home loans and they've always been the best. Very professional, superb value and they're also extremely straightforward. Tami Hahn from CUTX Texas Mortgage Lending was amazing to work with on our mortgage application

  Customer service has no idea what they are doing, one told me my loan was extended 6 month because I made few late payment, and there was a charge of $15 for every late payment, this is why the loan was extended 6 months, another customer service guy has no idea why and wanted me to call the car dealer I got the car from, because he has no idea why. No supervisor to talk to, they keep on transferring you to a different department. I am filling a compliant with BBB.
