  William and his team did an excellent job on recent cash out refinance for our house. The rate is very competitive and the service is great as well. William is very knowledgeable, professional and efficient, he is able to answer all our questions during the refinance process. Processor Haolin is a hard worker and replies our email very fast. I highly recommend this company to anybody that has a mortgage need, especially William and Haolin!

  They did an awesome job and I am super satisfied with the result. I am summerizing a few reasons here, but definitely not limited to these. (1) Their interest rate is competitive, and they are honest to help you analyze the pros/cons with a specific financing plan. (2) Very responsive. Typically the loan agent and processor reply to me via email or text within a few minutes. (3) Very diligent to make sure the whole process be on track. We dealt with a terrible title company with extremely slow and delayed repsonse, a lot of mistakes, and little responsibility. My loan agent Jianfei and processor Haolin worked extremely hard to make sure everything is done on time so that we were able to close on time. They always put their customer as the first priority. In conclusion, you can 100% rely on them for your mortgage financing. Recommended.

  Completely honest review: I would give 0 star if possible. The broker William Wu is super rude and has ZERO patience to answer your question. They expect all their customers to have as much mortgage knowledge as they do, and if you don’t, sorry, they will humiliate you and refuse to provide any services. I was soooooo shocked that for this company, questions are not accepted before making a mortgage decision. ??!! The WORST experience I’ve ever had!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!

  Overall very good experience. William and team was able to perform on 2 of my loans. One purchase and another refinance during 2019 and 2020. Their rates are very competitive and service was great. There were minor hiccups but William and team were able to resolve them. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.
