  We first contacted Emily back in August to help us find a lot to setup a late model camper trailer to use for our mountain getaway spot. She worked tirelessly with us for months, suggesting properties that she considered a possibility. We finally made an offer soon after the first of the year. The seller accepted and the process of due diligence began. Being first time buyers of undeveloped property, we had many questions. Emily, her husband Kayce, and her dad, Richard were immensely helpful. In fact I would say the odds of us successfully navigating the journey to the end would not have happened had their team not been so good at what they do.   We cannot recommend Richard Kelley high enough. If there were 8 stars available, he'd get them all. He showed himself to be detail oriented, while explaining each step of the sales and contract processes. We NEVER felt like we were not fully informed. Richard made it all easy.
