  There is no question, after purchasing 8 homes in the past 25 years I have experienced all sorts of interactions with institutions and all were operating at one speed...SLOW. And purchasing our latest home I discovered Impeccable Lending and what a difference. They were with me all the way to the closing table and solved every issue that arose with alacrity and professionalism without excuses. It was most pleasant to interact with only two individuals throughout the process. While this new home is supposed to be "the" retirement home, so were the last two. Impeccable Lending will get our business again. Cannot say enough good things.
