  For the first time on a review, I don’t know where to start. I live in Pensacola, Fl. I was interested in purchasing a cabin in the Hiawassee area. It was overwhelming. I didn’t know where to start. I had never owned anything in the mountains but it was on my bucket list. I looked up realtors in the Hiawassee area. I chose Mountain Land and Homes. Barry returned my call. He asked for the specifics of what I was interested in purchasing The next day I received a list of listings from Toni. That weekend I was on the road to Hiawassee. Barry and Toni cleared their weekend to spend with me looking for my dream. They spent both weekend days with me until late in the evening. I never felt rushed. My happiness was their main concern. The last stop on Sunday I found a beautiful cabin in a magical location. Since starting this process, Toni has been devoted in make sure all my needs are met. She has sent me list of utilities. She offered to meet the gas company at the cabin to make sure my propane tank was delivered and everything working properly as I could not be there. She kept me informed through the closing process as it was done via mail. I can’t say enough about Toni. She kept me informed and updated. She has given this Florida girl guidance. She is so personable, helpful and most of all devoted and caring. I feel so blessed I chose Mountain Land and Home “Barry and Toni” in my mountain adventure. Sheila “Ryan” Rawson

  We were new to the area and needed to find a realtor we could trust who was knowledgeable about the area and market. We were so fortunate to find Barry and Toni. They were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. They were also very honest and cautious about housing values in this overheated market. They took great care of us throughout the search, negotiation, and closing process and we now have just the home we wanted.
