  This is my third time working with the Reen team. The first time was for the purchase of your home over 12 years ago. The second was to refinance at a great low rate. This third time is to refinance to build an ADU on our property. I called Michele on a Tuesday and by Friday we had all our ducks in a row to get a loan. I was in a time crunch since I was set to travel out of the country and not be available. for a month! Michele and team worked round the clock to make sure we got everything we needed to secure our loan. We got a fantastic rate and can move forward with our build immediately.   Michelle and Michael and their entire team at American Pacific Mortgage are the best you will ever find. They are extremely helpful even for the first time buys (highly recommend their classes); their level of service is unmatched, they pickup and return calls on weekends, after hours and even when they are on vacation. They work will work with your relator closely and keep you informed and up to date each step of the way. For us they were the miracle team and got us into our new home in record time: from pre-approval letter to close of escrow in an unheard-of 18 days. We cannot praise Michelle, Michael and their team enough for what they did for our family and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone!
