  Only because rates were so good, we decided to refinance our mortgage. On the recommendation of family we chose American Pacific Mortgage to be our agent. Michele Reen served as our agent in the process. Michele did a great job for us and got us an even better rate than we hoped for. Except for signing with a notary, the whole process happened on-line. It was amazing. We communicated with Michele multiple times per week through the process. She was responsive to any and all questions and concerns we had. Michele has something of a cheerleader demeanor. She’s positive, reassuring, energetic, knowledgeable, friendly and transparent. While We wouldn’t go so far as to say refinancing a mortgage is fun, our experience with Michele and APM was about as good as it gets - friendly, efficient, positive and with a great outcome.   My wife and I worked with Michele and her team to help get into a 30 year fixed that really could help us out financially. For us this was a 2 year journey after being in a adjustable rate and just coming out of a bankruptcy. Michele and her team worked with us to get a fixed rate that was lower than our adjustable but, most of all kept the rate from moving up for us. Then helped us work on our credit score and the next steps to getting a really great new 30 year fixed. Everyone on the Reen team were always friendly, accommodating and truly worked to help us get to where we wanted to be. Thank you so very much Michele and your whole team.

  We have worked with APM and the Michele Reen Team on multiple occasions and our experience has been nothing less than amazing. Michele knows how to make her clients feel important and treats each one as a priority. Whenever we have questions about the real estate market, loans, or timing a purchase or investment, we call Michele. In the past several years, Michele and her team have become family to us.   Michele Morse Reen and her Reen Team staff at APM are the absolute best at what they do. Since 1998, they have handled our original mortgage loan and seven (yes, SEVEN!) re-fis, as interest rates dropped steadily over the decades. When they say they are "your Lender ... for Life!" they mean it. They are always looking out for your best interests and treat you with friendly professionalism.
