  Just closed on our 3rd home thanks to Kelvin! Eight years ago we were blessed to have Kelvin walk us threw being first time home buyers, again 2 years later, and now for the 3rd time. He has always had the best interest rate, the quickest turn around time, and been the most up to date and well informed on the ever changing mortgage market. We consistently recommend him to friends and family who have utilized his talents for refinances and purchases alike. It's refreshing to find someone who will spell it out for you honestly and reliably.

  I am a realtor and until I started using Kathleen I hated dealing with lenders. Kathleen actually answers her phone or responds quickly to me and my clients. She works with my credit challenged buyers for months to get them where they need to be credit wise to buy a house. Most times I have forgotten about them but Kathleen doesn't give up and redirects them back to me when she gets them financially ready to buy. All my clients and title company closers say they have never worked with someone as great and professional as Kathleen. She's loyal, competent and extremely dedicated to doing her job better than other lenders. Kathleen makes my business better which in turn makes me a better realtor.

  If you’re looking for a mortgage lender then Kelvin is your guy! He can make dreams happen 🙌🏻 He just helped my family and I purchase our first Ranch!   Kathleen at Tyler Lending Group did an amazing job helping us purchase a home in East Texas. We are relocating from out of State, and did not know anyone in the Tyler area to assist us with the Texas loan process.   The experience with Kelli Campbell was nothing but amazing. She took care of us from the very start, and made the process so easy ! Our closing date was exactly when we wanted to be, she had everything ready to go and surprised us with a big smile and hug at closing...(lets not forget our amazing gift).   Tyler Lending Group was very helpful to my family during the mortgage process when we relocated our Medicare Supplement agency headquarters to Tyler. They had the expertise to deal with business tax returns which made the process easier. I would, without hesitation, use them again.

  As a first time home buyer, my experience with Kelvin was great. Apparently I was his very first customer to take advantage of his 1% down option. I couldn't be happier. Throughout the whole process Kelvin was responsive and helpful. Not only that but the whole process was fast. I was originally referred to Kelvin by some realtor friends saying he was the best around, and I found that to be very true!
